I think you shoud it a few months so that your investers can build up more EFD to invest. I only own 0.71% and would love to own more but if you expand now alot of us BELEIVERS wont beable to buy any more shares since we have no more EFD.

So my vote is PLZ WAIT!.

So the issue comes down to what the existing shareholders want to do.

Issue more shares and grow faster, thereby having dilution to the ownership of the total number of shares outstanding . Giving up some earnings potential had you chosen to stick with only 500K outstanding shares.

The best way I could explain this is.

Let us use Coke as an example.

Coke has 500K shares outstanding. And has a net income of let us say 500,000 Dollars. That is $1/share.

Coke has two strategies. 1)Grow at a slow pace and the net income per share grows from $1 to $1.50 in a slower time frame. 2)Coke knows that if it issues shares and expands its business it will earn double the net income or let us say by issusing 1Mill shares it will make 1Million dollars or $1/share. Since it has a bigger market share and more resources now it can grow from $1 to $1.50 a share in a shorter time frame then it would take the slow growth route. There are some risks in expanding though.

So I guess everyone would have to decide. Everyone has their opinion. BRT is right in his opinion if he is against it. I am for the expansion.

And also if and when we decide to expand i think part of those shares should go to current shareholders if they want to invest more.

Don`t forget that no matter what total shares will always be 100%... And if others invest your % won`t raise much or even decrease.

I believe we will wait. When the time does come to expand we will make shares available only to current shareholders.

current shareholders can source their EFD from others, then transfer the shares to others (read: add names to the shareholder list) after the expansion is complete.

i believe this is to be the most fair way to expand if we wait until later.

I also vote to wait. Lets give this a try and if it works out then expand giving the current holders the option to invest into the second round before getting new investors.

Yep I think that this fund may only work if it's the only one around, wouldn't want to spoil it before it begins
