I only ask that we can set the start bid and BO with pecs but all bid increasements should be in peds besides that

I would like to see "max bid" implemented where you state your bid and your maximum bid as well and when some one bids over you your bid is automaticaly increased til the biding has passsed your max bid. Same system used by eBay f.ex.

I would like to be able to at least set the buyout in PEC, it drives me crazy when I'm trying to set the price to fulfill an order and I can't get the percentage right.

This it not off topic just another part of the topic, Feel free to mention anything about the auction in this post.

Having a set amount of ped would be good, meaning you wouldn't miss stuff when you went ot sleep at night unless you where out bid.

Yes for full use, since, after all, the PEC should be worth SOMETHING to MA's main market organ after all. Also, perhaps a system where MA throws out the outliers when determining the "daily market price" on goods, so that people don't keep rigging them waaaay upwards on a day to day basis? I mean come on, ME suddenly jumps from 205 to 229 in a few hours and the dumb system can't figure out that some schmuck without a life just bought his own ME a hundred times on the auction @ a 1000% buyout or something? It's ridiculous.

I would like to be able to price things in pec and have a comparable charge applied, not the base .50 or whatever minimum.

It is next to impossible to sell items with low value, even ones with huge markup, without accumulating unreasonable amounts of them. For example, I have several plastic extractors which would fetch a pretty penny... but I only have 6 of them. There is literally NO WAY to effectively use the AH for these without sacrificing most of the profit. I'm sure MA set it up this way, but it still suXX0rz.

Very good point. Furthermore, the auction becomes a liability for many new players, as they either A) realize that they'll need to deposit higher amounts to get the kinds of quantities needed (or peds needed) to sell/buy things on auction, or further they post a low quantity of something ANYWAY without realizing how they just cost themselves alot of money.

Oh, and a thought real quick-the ability to sort goods by categories. Like, once you click into a category (say, steel), the ability to sort all the steel selling on the market by quantity, or price, or posted date, or number of bids, anything!
