It is a sad thing that that highest ATH can't even pay for some of the best gear in game. It was not always like that, well I guess in those times you had a better chance at looting something halfway decent, these days not so much.

I'm not saying this doesn't happen. Its just that regardless of how much resellers are buying other resellers' items to jack up the price, an actual buyer of the item needs at some point to pay that price.

If an item wasn't worth the price it was jacked up to, people wouldn't pay it and the resellers would be left eating their losses.

If you think its too much, don't pay it.

I would attribute this more to the fact that Some people will pay anything to get a certain item if they have the $$$.
