Increasing Sweat Prices

I used to sell sweat for 2 pec/bottle, you want that ?
Ok, but the max number of bottles will be also back to 4 again as well as the sweatcap..... ready for the next complaints.

But maybe get a job instead of working in a sweatfarm for 500 bottles * 0.5 pec = 2.50 ped = $ 0.25 an hour.
A real job will get you like 100 times more an hour.

This thread does increase the sweat price actually... All people reading this and reacting could have used the same time to keep sweating. Since they didn't, supply is lower, price higher

The responses seem to indicate to me that you guys didn't bother to read the thread: the guy is actually making a suggestion about the game, how it could improve (in his eyes).

I agree, you have to give him some credit for trying to come up with new ways to use sweat that would make it naturally more valuable, instead of just complaining that the price is too low.

That said, I think there are many other improvments MA could make before spending any time trying to change the sweat system.

In my opinion, the fact that you can get anything at all for sweat is more than enough. It is free money at the end of the day, no matter how little it might be.

just be happy that there is a way to play this game for free.

If you can affort a computer to run PE and a internet connection . i bet you can spare 10$ to play it aswell.

The money obtained for the sweat comes from other players (who sell it in ME to the ME users) So basicly if you use ME, you pay the sweaters. And what do the sweaters do with the ped? They hunt or mine with it, so eventually the ped will return in the "loot pool"

But if all the sweaters do deposit, they put ped in the loot pool but also take it out more, so the overall loot does not increases.

First: I must say I admire your idea and work for making ideas on more use for sweat and of course, the fact that it might higher the cost for it, so newcommers might get some more peds..

BUT!
It seems to me that you haven't been in Entropia so long The reason for why I say this, is that I really don't think you have tried to skill\ use a lot of Mind Essence and skills related to it.

For, as it seems like you know, Mind Essence (ME for short) is made by sweat and.. yeah.. For people who has been here a bit longer than yo, or at least have deposited a far amount of peds, and have started using ME for, tp chips, healing chips or focus chips.. Well, let's say, we use quite a lot of money on ME..

Atm I'm only using my tp chip, and I have no problems wasting 50 peds a month and more, for ME just for the use of my tp chip.. and many players around here, use a whole lot more than that! There are also thoose who use Nerve blast chips, wormhole chips and even ressurection chips and yeah, they use a pretty da*n gigh amount of peds on ME
So, when you get a little more experienced in EU, and might get some more peds on your own, you realise that the price of sweat (which makes us our nice ME), is more than high enough.


When this is said, don't get me wrong! I really think that it should be some better options for the non depositers, but again.. more non-depositers getting peds, less peds in the loot pool for thoose who actually deserves it! so honestly, I don't think there should be so much different from today, the depositers isn't getting that much loot either but keep up the good work

Drooe is a great mate of mine. He non-stop takes new people from our society to help them sweat. He takes his personal time which he could be doing whatever to help. Even new people from god knows where, some random who seems they need help, he helps. Drooe has the balls to step up and put a word out for all the new people.

Sure, go ahead. Put your money in. Nobody is arguing that point, but what about new people who are uncertain? Ever thought about someone that possibly CANT deposit. Start thinking about others, not only yourselves.

Wistrel, I like the fact that your the first to stick up for Drooe, but between you and me, he is a seasoned player, and his skills from the amount he has put in is incredible. I've been playing a tad less than he has, but I still look up to him as my idol. He is almost matching other, higher skilled players who have put in twice as much as he has, and have played longer than he.

Wollongong, your a champ for actually giving it some thought rather than critiquing when they see the title.

Az Bloodz/Ancient, if you lower the sweat of brown sweat then there can be more people sweating so it'll be better, they get more exposure to what the game could be like, and when they start getting varieties, it could become more intriguing to them, and as they stay in game (rather than quitting), the uncertainty of them depositing decreases. Therefore, the lootpool PED amount goes up.

Solax, you want to deposit, go right ahead. Noones stopping you. You want to sweat, do that too. Nothing and noone can tell you what you can/cant do. You might build some MF skills that could help, you could get some evade, or if you got your HP to levels new people dont, try electric mobs. Get your dodge.

Drooe, keep the help going, your doing a stand up job. Nice post, +rep for sure. Hopefully all of you who deposit spare a thought for the non-depositors and actually give them a hand like Drooe does in his time. Great work mate!

The problem is with ME, if the price goes up, its the nexus what gets more expensive, the sweat stays the same. I remember ME was only 200% and sometimes you could get it for 190%, and the sweat was also 0.7 So why is the ME price zo high? Nexus is found often enough and sometimes towers of it.

Oh yeah the people find the stuff squeeze every pec out of it and keep it high.
