There where also possible do do direct transfer from banks. For me it nly showed Swedish banks, not sure how it works if you log in from other country?

Fastest is to go to your bank office and apply for a Visa card connected to your bank acount. They will hand you one direct if you ask. (at least in Sweden(if you have a stable economy))

Mine showed up in less than a week. They make their money off your use of the card, so it's in their best interest to get te card to you fast.

I use paybycash, no account needed, no credit card, just a bank account.

I always get my money instant (2 minutes tops) through Ideal payments (something only for Holland I think), there are other payment options.

Search is your friend.

Set up an account w/paypal and enter your info to make your account verified.

Install Plug-in for virtual CC, create a virtual CC #, log into main EU website and add new CC. Enter the info from paypal and depo which either funds from your paypal account or your linked bank/cc account.

Virtual CC on EU only last 30 days but you can create as many virtual CC's as you wish, remember to delete any used ones from EU.

To be honest that's the first time ever I hear about this, wouldn't even know I could search for it in the first place (because I didn't know of course d'oh)

You don't get a physical plastic card, t's a virtual credit card attached to your checking/savings account. If you wish you can link it to your credit card, but that is up to you.
