one thing is that EU is indeed more expensive to play like 2 years ago.
can't find a reason that justify the insane price increase over 24 month, but I'm still loving and playing it. (damn, I want to play again, hope my RL workpeak will fall off again soon) |

I too was pissed off with some changes MA has made - like foot guards, decay on armor / clothing equipping, etc.
I made some losses, and I adapted - enough that I can more or less break even at least usually. If what some predict as a wonderful VU coming with the engine change, expect lots more newbies to enter the game with the hype. And lots more people entering = gear prices goes up. |

But... It's true that a lot of things have changed, and that average player efficiency has increased a LOT since L gear was introduced. This means that if you haven't increased your own efficiency a lot too, you're probably are worse off now. You have to adapt or pay the price. ![]() |

Though, I'm aware of it. Knowing that PED will last longer hunting smaller mobs (foul young). Not that they give better returns, probably on the contrary - but at least average loss/hour is smaller. Though, maybe you're right. That it's for the rich people to compete, those who can deposit more than 100-300 ped/day to cover losses and decay, and about 2000 ped once a month in a while for replacement of broken (L) gear. |

yeah, I adapted my setup every VU, recalculating eco and so on...
![]() my point was that armor and nonL weapon prices are "a bit higher" than 2 years ago because they do not drop anymore/rare and playerbase has increased. oh, and I can't complain about loot. like 2 years ago there are up's and down's, nothing special...EU is dynamic like it was when I started in 2005. |
