Where is my stuff gone?

First thing you should all know, Im a freak about keeping my storage clean as a whistle. No military background in my life, but im a control freak. I have my rows in storage as such:
wools
hides
refined skins
skins
extractors
paints
animal parts
animal parts
robot parts
robot parts
crafted mech
crafted mech
refined hides
woods
fruit
stones
oils
residues

Logged onto the new VU, couldn't wait. My ex-mentor came online, still looking for wool, so I said I'd give him what I got. Open storage, everythings in order. Looking spankingly good, I might add! lol. Anyways, I go to leave storage, CTD.. Well, sh*t happens, I guess...

Log back on, not in my inventory? Ok, might have stayed in storage.. Open my storage. FYI: I never hit auto arrange, it messes things up... EVERYTHING IS EVERYWHERE. Left, right and centre, the place is a mess. I panic, look over, and find the wool. I settle, thinking, Ok, 2nd thing went wrong.. Its ok, got my wool for my mentor, everythings all good.. I give the wool (extremely small amount lol) but he says that I should store it, and get a higher stack amount. Fair enough, 7 wool is craptacular LOL. I go back to storage, and begin to reorganise things... First question, where the hell is my a101????? I look, EVERYWHERE, have a cry about it, relog, nothing. relog, nothing. Umm, ok, maybe something in VU, later will send support.

Organising the Materials section, lost = over 5k orange paint, over 1k green paint, 300 odd brown paint, my generic leathers (for my bp ) my soft leathers, fine leathers, my dead katsu determination.. Umm, ok, too much!!!

Sent support, am feeling REALLY bad, dont know what to do?! Can you all help me (no, not give me stuff) by giving me advice on what I should do? After I get the "sorry to hear, we cant do anything" from MA? Should I risk depositing again, or..? Would like to hear what you all think, so I can make up my mind on what I plan to accomplish if anything

Thanks for taking your time out of your days to read my complainings, I dont know again, if right section, sorry if wrong, I needa become an EF noob soon, and learn how to use this.

EDIT: Me and my friends have come to the conclusion it is not a hacker, because there is still things in my storage, however, that it might possibly be a VU error..

Well, I am hoping support will be able to track down your missing stuff and you will find it next time you log in. Perhaps not all nice and organized like you had it, but weird bugs like this tend to get resolved, so I wouldn't throw in the towel just yet.

I dont mind if its organised or not, I dont care if this is there, and thats here.. I dont mind, I just want my safety nets back

Try logging on to the main site and check your inventory through the My Section => My Items on your left. If it's in the list, you still have your A101 and other stuff. If it's not, time for a big support case I guess.

If I miss something for some reason ( in EU that is )
I always log on to the main page and check the " my items " page, if its listed there, just have to find out where it have ended up

Make sure you scroll all the way down to the bottom of your storage. I find it sometimes dumps stuff right at the very bottom for no particular reason.

Darkstar, it would come up on my items, but I did check, just in case my items missed it for some reason, even hit auto arrange but nothing

Just gotta keep trawling on, and hope that I can somehow depo again Was talking to a mate, he had the same thing, and his a101 went too, got a reply from MA that he "TT'd it". Im pretty sure you dont tt something with a value of +130 and increasing... Meh, again, lost cause.

I have no reply yet, but cant do anything if I get the reply of sorry to hear, we cannot do anything..

So, gotta wait a few weeks/months to get money im owed, paid, then I can depo my whole bank account (again), and rebuy my investments i guess?

Please do let us know what reply you get from "support". We know they are able to track the items you had in your inventory or in your pockets, so they should be able to do something...

I sincerely hope they don't fob you off with the "system error, not our problem" box-standard cut-and-paste response...

One of the few things you can rely on within EU is that if you put something in storage it'll be there when you get back. Or so I thought...

I'll keep the post running until the issue is resolved, and im not sure whether taking the standard system error as a final, conclusive answer. I want a) a reason why my online investment goes to the sh*tter, and b) what happened with it..

And lol, I cant find Jambayze's apartment, so I wouldn't know! But I think that it could be the same case, as in, gets re-arranged on servers and someone else is now endulging in a VERY SILENT HOF. But I doubt it, somewhere out there in that cyberspace!
