Was wondering if anyone had experienced this since the last VU, and before anyone says anything i only had the amount that the Confirmed deposit states on my card after logging in, as i was empty of ped before that.

report it as a bug/issue retrospectivly and you are good. at least in the UK, you cant be penalised for a company's errors, it is not part of the EULA for you to verify the correct amount was paid (i have never checked the two amounts correlate myself, never thought of it being a likly issue). there is plenty of case law to back this up and since the EULA states your local legislation is relevent (albeit possibly superceded by Swedish law), it is for them to resolve this issue and inform you of their actions. locking your account for this would be extremly harsh.

Aye, it's not up to you to be MindArk's feckin book keeper. I never check the amounts when depositing... I normally figure I'm gonna get pumped with charges anyway so would rather not know how much I'm being robbed.
Grats to MA for actually noticing a couplo pence went missing though eh? Nice to see they're on the ball there, haha  |

i bet if they overcharged they would keep it quiet
 Yeah i tend to just check if the Hundreds match up roughly with what i expected to get, and press okay. I dont really care that much about the issue, but why get so fussed about something so small. It liturally is about £2 worth. They havent sent anything back yet. |
