Universal Deposit Malfunction

Hello, new here, not really planning on sticking around, just want to get multiple helpful opinions on this matter promptly.

I have attempted to deposit directly from my Visa debit card, but receive an "internal error" message, so I opened a Paynova eAccount or whatever word they use, and as I understand it when I select Paynova as my payment option, a window is supposed to open with the Paynova wallet--it does not. I have not tried any other options, and I would rather not. I have 10 USD on Paynova that I would prefer to use to the fullest value, rather than paying the fee to withdraw it back to my checking account.

Anyway .. check your pop up blocker for the wallet window - mine will sometimes be blocked.

I have just tried completely disabling my popup blocker, still nothing.

There have been problems with deposit options due to VU (there is every VU deposit malfunctions). May or may not be fixed now.

Sometimes if I've already opened a window at paynova - it won't bring up a new window with my wallet.

If the pop up blocker's not the problem and you don't have your wallet open in an IE window already - I dunno what to tell ya.

Well that does seem to explain the wallet, but yesterday, when that was posted, the buttons for all the options listed where disabled and replaced with plain text saying something along the lines of "temporarily disabled." Not to be smart, but I don't see why they would change that if the options were not again open, and there's still the issue of my debit card. At first I thought they may not accept debit, but I looked in another thread and it seems they do, though I could have misread.

Someone has also suggested that it's a problem caused by the VU, but if that was so, I wouldn't be the only one with the problem, which as far as I can tell, I am. Again, not to be smart.

EDIT: Okay, this came a little late. Remind me to get out of the habit of typing long posts.
