they should give you a ukash discount for training them all up.. you dont get training like that unless you pay for it..

Unfortunately I feel your pain having had very similar experiences in a number of stores....

Even funnier is when u try a large amount in a little shop - i.e. £500.00 (long time ago to buy my phantom )

a) they havent got a clue what your asking for..

b) they have no idea how to prcess it once youve spent 30 mins explaining your not trying to scam them - nor top up your electricity key/mobile phone..

c) if they have any idea about Ukash they think u have a serious gambling problem!

d) often they will only swap for cash as it apparently costs them to process.

in the 500 case i ended up with 5x £100 ukash slips cause they couldnt work out how to do it in one go lol

ps still have my Ukash Rifle untouched in storage in some mad way wishing it to turn non L when im not looking (hint hint MA - thats alot of Ukash training were doing out there!)

I have had the same problem too, but I have to explain the whole thing in german, and I dont even speak that language. That was a true chalange

On the ukash website i think it says they can only do maximum £100

LOL always have the same problem too, made even worse by the fact that Safara and I always depo the same amout... So its

"can I have 2 x £20 UKash please?"
"Whats that?"
"Its bla bla bla..."

Then you have to explain how to use the paypoint machine.

So they give you one £20

"What do I do now?"
"The same over again please "

We did think of making a laminated copy of ' How to use your paypoint machine for UKash' to hand to them everytime we went in.
