Question: what would you do if you had 40 ped?

take a pixie and a small weapon ( maxed if possible) and go hunt small fouls---> sell the bones with good markup

ok i think i would like to mine or shoot stuff. crafting sounds like a slot machine from what i read on the forums. i think ill go to zeus first then i will have 80 ped to play with.

If I had 40 PED... I'd have to save it, because I've got a bit of gear that needs a lot of repair - about 300 PED worth!

I think they probably meant you'd need around 100ped so you could buy a fair amount of hunting/mining equipment and only then would they be prepared to start teaching you for free.

Whenever I get down to about 40ped I usually dust off the opalo (rifle from trade terminal). You could get one of these along with a Vivo T1 healing tool & ammo also from the tt & try some hunting. 40ped may not last too long with no skills but then you just have to sweat a bit more.

I'd try again to get a mentor, they should help you use the little money you have more effectively with hunting tips etc.

I would buy some TT ematter gear from the TT and drop some probes on the way to Fort Zeus and get thoose 40 peds you were promised (which is a very nice offer)
