It's really hard to judge, but I guess you have to set some standards when determining market price.
For instance, I almost always buy stuff on direct BO. If the BO is too high, I don't buy it.
Now this is tricky to judge - if the BO was way below market price, it really doesn't give any indication as to how much I was really willing to pay. If it's above, it might be, but not really - I could still have been willing to pay more.

The majority of sales are buyout I would guess, so no reason not to include them. Not just auction, any pvp trade or sale in shop is also effectively buyout.

it was an a106 and it was sold for +30 or something to an order. the way that that happened i suspect, as i have a friend that lost their a105 that way also a long time ago. that person thought they were selling an a102, and put it up for a102 price or whatever, hit accept and bam, instant sale. my friend thought she was selling an a104 when they were +15 or so and later realized her a105 was gone and she had one too many a104s.

red's 15k sale of ml35 is a sweetheart deal from a friend. ml35 still sold on auciton for +23k earlier this week. (also, i would like to go on record and say that i don't own one. so i don't care what the price of the ml35 actually is.)

To clear some matters up that have been posted...

Ingame auction sales will only be added to the first post if they are reported with a screenshot of the history.

Sales of items from EF threads will be added providing the Seller and/or Buyer is named, both is not required but prefered.

This list is just a guide to what items are reported as sold and at what price... the level of trust you base your own opinions on is completely up to you. So if you dont like the reports when both seller/buyer are not listed then just ignore them
