Bank transfer is only an option for big amounts yes, when the Visa 3kusd/monthly limit isn`t enough. Limit for bank transfer is 100usd not 10, might be worth it for few k though.

-I`ll have to check other banks for that. 6/euros per transaction seems cheap.
