Just a heads up, I bought an ml35 from a friend for +15k....

Someone finally realized it's a decent gun, but not worth $2700 usd....

p.s. yes, this is completely true... my soc mates can vouch that I have it... and use it... and yes, I still think 15k is a bit overpriced for it...

And what exactly is the point of this thread? So you can boast that you bought a weapon under current market price?

Going on such rates, one could be seen to be ripping off a person selling it to you for such a price.

indeed, I thought 15 k was pricey, but, seeing as some people are selling for 27k, I thought it was a deal.... fortunately, I am not the type to sell it for 'market value'... once I'm done with it, I'll sell it for much, MUCH lower.

I'm sure when I'm done with it, more interesting L alternativeswill come around... right now, it's just a POS high range blp gun... meh... I'd rather have an urban or a jungle... much faster dps... the range is nice on the ml35... but it's slower than shit....

No, I didn't buy one BUT I was looking to buy one but then LG was announced and then VU 9.3 was released...A double whammy for such a huge price spike on this weapon.

I get by, and am currently happy with, the equipment I have.

Still I think you pulled a fast one on the seller though.

I'd imagine that someone selling an item such as this would be aware of what he had and it's value (or lack of, IMO,) it's not like an ML-35 is some odd new item

Hey man, I'm all up for being honest but there are just so many things wrong with this...

Did your friend even know the market value of the gun? ..Or did you just tell him "15k is fair, bro!"?

It's best to conceal the price that you bought it for. When you turn around and sell it people know you paid 15k for it which gives them a little advantage. Like an example would be someone thinking "he paid 15k for it so he'd easily settle for 20k, even though market is +27k." I understand you don't like market manipulators but you're just making their job easier.

Regardless, gratz on a good gun. I wouldn't upgrade to camo's since they have less range and less efficiency...unless you want to get into pk'ing.
