Basically I almost finished all planned UL upgrades. Any UL armor or weapon better than I have now would cost me simply much more than I'm willing to pay as I don't want to dump the price of nice car ingame. On daily basis I use UL as they do the job for me, for special occasions, like PVP, definetely L unless I'm short with cash. UL is something I consider being my insurance policy for bad times.

![]() UL primarily here, though it was (L) from 0 to 30 profession standing as it would have been way too un-economical before that. I would still recommend (L) to people if % markups are kept in check as long term the eco benefits and in some cases superior item stats, not to mention sibs where possible does pay off over the resale value of any mid range UL weapon/tool if used as your main weapon/tool each day. Unfortunately this is not the case with higher end (L) finders & amps, I shall not touch the higher markup models till I can craft my own. ~ Sparkz |

Craftable L-stuff also drives the economy of EU. To me, its impossible to vote, it feels quite ridiculous to put them against each other. Its not possible to answer it that generally, it all depends on what equipment and how you want to use it. Sometimes L is the answer, sometimes unL. Its just another factor. Having them brings more options and possibilities so I really can't see how anyone could be "against" them. Its like saying "I don't like pineapples, so I think they should be banned!" |

IMO... weird vote... since the difference is not in UL or L stuff itself but in skills to use them.
If u have UL gun (7,8)9/10 - u probably dont use (L). If u have UL 2/10 - u probably chose (L). Cant vote... I use Marber and carabin, both UL - but - handgun (as main wep) (L). |

I'm not a fan of (L) items, and own almost none of them, save a pistol I looted and carbine I was given.
Other than that, I don't really want (L) items, unless I craft them myself - then I don't feel quite so much like I'm just throwing peds away, with one (two actually) exception(s). I would like a texturizer and a colorizer - with just a single click left - not to color or texture, just to view with, to decide what I'll actually like. |

With the direction of the latest changes to mobs i am VERY careful with considering UL as a "good investment". My guess its that it will turn out as "Goof investment"
![]() More health on Mobs and more crits does not only mean "high-end" items are even worth more now. They start to become mid-lvl and are replaced with L. Beside that, many L items are just more eco than UL for most (and me). Apart some few items, i just use L. No fear of Market and only little money needed ingame compared with UNL. Its a bit diffrent with unl(L) weapons, they might be a good choise.... |
