Actually, Crysis is the game, CryEngine is the platform/engine, CryTech is the company.

And, not everyone plays EU. Some people work in EU (not me personally), soon people will be learning in EU. EU was deinfately first started as a RCE game, but it founders took the logical business route, knowing that their product was phenominal, and decided to sell it. It is now a platform in my eyes. And, for those that still thinks it's a game, that's fine. It's not, but, no point in trying to convince you otherwise You will soon enough see that EU is the platform in which lots of other non-game stuff happens.

One of the main reasons CKi chose EU to settle in is the RCE... And why the H would you not want it to be there? It would just make the game not work as it should if some places had RCE and some not...

in a follow up reply to my last reply, I'd also like to add some stuff...

The 3D fixed currency RCE is a wicked idea. It has so many possible uses, I'm afraid too say anymore, less someone take my idea But, I will continue;

Imagine a virtual world where you can go play a mmorpg or a first person shooter. Imagine a virtual world where you can go buy real world items. Imagine a virtual world where you can goto class and learn college level courses. Imagine a virtual world where you can conduct million dollar business transactions without the need to be in the same part of the globe, awake at the same time of the day/night.

Mindark has created a platform that does millions of nano-transactions a day. You shoot off 1 pec in ammo 60 times in a minute. then you loot 40 pec of ammo after 60 shots. You've just created 61 nano-transaction in one minute, with a total value of 10 pennies. LOTS of money goes back and forth between the users and the system, all in micro/nano transactions.

With all these transactions, your money is still safe. Safer than in most banks.

I can't imagine that Mindark wouldn't want to sell such a great platform.
