Lava, don't feel that you need to respond to every post in these threads. You have stated yourself that you won't be investing in EH either due to a conflict you have with another venture so I'm not sure where your interest lies with Entropia Holdings at this point. All I am saying is that I really appreciate your desire to defend me and discuss these topics with the public but I'd prefer it was someone elected to be in such a position with a vested interest in our success.

I do hope that MA does consider a rework of the current VSX and terminals within EU. I hear you on the SCorp issue.

If only to keep a competitive edge upon the investment dollar for them and the knock on benefits it will bring to the Entropia Universe community as a whole in the increased participation through the events/competitions arena.

Yes, it may be the case that I do not get involved with EH due to competitive conflict of interest, though I feel working towards and defending those projects which work towards the greater benefit of the masses are worth my time

Personally i held EIF up to the same scrutiny that myself and others held yours up to. I did not invest in theirs and I don't belive they have anywhere near the liquidity I would desire to be a part of their organization. However they've been the most successful of the many funds established so far and paid dividends which is a positive sign. There is no reason I know of that you can't form as an LLC anyway.

Honestly, just buy a land area yourself, run it for a little while, figure out what you're doing and prove yourself to the community. If you want to form a corporation later as the game develops you may get some traction then. Otherwise you'll likely only get a few people willing to risk a couple K peds each unless you market yourself to people who are not involved in and know nothing at all about the game rather than experienced players.
