To clarify...

PayPal has a dispute system. When a buyer disputes with a seller, PayPal sides with the buyer. Almost every single time. PayPal has a long history of screwing over the sellers, even when they're not the ones in the wrong.

I use eBay. And I accept PayPal payments. But I also include a disclaimer on all auctions that items will NOT SHIP UNTIL PAYPALED MONEY IS SAFELY IN MY BANK ACCOUNT.

If MA needs to work on anything, it's getting support for more credit cards in the client software, be it MC, Discover, or AmEx. And Diner's Club! Everyone has a Diner's Club card, right?

this is a ridiculous question imho. All over the world you can buy visa gift cards, fee free prepaid credit cards where you deposit at a retailer to get available credit etc. There is no point in having a paypal option. One of the major problems I see with this is the fact that you can send instant payment without actually having the funds in your paypal account. All you have to do is setup a bank account and link it to your paypal. Using this you could deposit immediately using your unfunded bank account, and by the time the 3 day wait for the ACH transaction bounces you have moved the PED out of the dummy avatar you deposited it to and either MA, the bank, or paypal gets stuck with the bill.

You missed the problem with PayPal. PayPal never gets stuck with the bill. The sellers get stuck with the bill. PayPal just takes the money right back from them on such an occasion.

When PE quit using PayPal game-time.info would gladly take your bux and convert them to ped (a visa is/was much cheaper). I don't think game-time.info has existed since PE changed to EU. I used them a couple of times until I learned a Visa debit worked as well as a Visa credit card (I detest high interest rates - unless I am receiving them ).
