Should PE have direct paypal integration?

ive made a few sites with paypal integration - it's quite simple to code and by and large I think it's worth the effort for MA to integrate it directly into the game.

Most people don't know that Sweden ranks extremely high on the list of non corrupt countries and are hesistant to use a credit card whereas they do trust paypal to be the intermediate in transfers.

Game-time.info is very unprofessional (he has bad command of english and has called some people in the middle of the night to verify their account). It isn't necessary either to verify someones paypal account because paypal already verifies people. Thirdly I wouldn't deposit a lot through him because I don't understand his business and don't like the idea that someone other than MA can track my deposits.

I think that paypal integration will actually increase the amount of deposits made significantly, in any case if you consider that it'll cost them maybe 5 to 10 developer hours to implement it on the website they will probably earn those costs back very rapidly.

So the poll is, what do you think, should PE have direct paypal integration?

Make withdrawing just as easy as depositing.

no way thers enought troubles as it is paypal is a BS compagny and used by many fraud people so lets not make PE worse and mix it with paypal and if you have paypal money and want to use them legit in PE its easy enought to get a paypal visa for that

Hally you can already use paypal to get PEDs its just that the way its done now is very cumbersome. Also paypal is owned by eBay and such a large company with such business is bound to be controversial.

Also in some countries a credit card is prohibitively expensive and people can deposit to paypal from their bank accounts.

OMG if PE was part of PayPal I would play everday. I always use paypal and I am extremly mad that they dont implement it. None of my 3 credit cards can deposit with PE and MA wont do anything about it. Neither do they work with PayNova. I would love this.

My other game has direct paypal integration. The minute I sell an item in auction I receive the money in my paypal account.

actually heres another crazy idea ive been toying with for a while

I'd pay a few peds to get this done: imagine if we could set up a corporation with public shares around this idea, we'd get a capital going of say 4k peds from interested players.

Or MA says it needs to sell x many stocks to get this going and the stock is then launched in the auction where players can bid on shares.

MA could use that money to create the software and for each deposit the corporation would then get a %% (maybe half a percent) of each deposit, MA could actually make that half a % part of the transaction fee.

What you'd have is an actual in-game corporation that has value, that has purpose (getting people to deposit money through paypal) and that has shares that can be traded in. Everyone profits!

Imagine if MA could post future ideas as stock options, the number of peds invested into them by the players determines which one gets executed and any money left over is that corp's start capital... the idea of toll teleports is one where player owned corporations could profit from 'owning' a teleporter - charge 5 pec .. perhaps this is a bad example

I'm pretty sure something like that is what MA has in mind with the stock exchanges and i think that if we all think creatively we can actually come up with tons of ideas that can be profitable to both MA and to the players.
