Unhappy WTF Depo Problems

Anyone else get ripped off a bit

this is what i sent to support

Hello my name is Dean Dcmight Harris

i have a Problem with my credit card statement. on the 21st of November i Deposited $100USD into Entropia Universe, i checked my credit card statement online today and found that i had been charged twice for the Deposit. with the current exchange rate as it is one $100USD deposit Cost me $166AUD. so i had been charged $332AUD for less then 1000Peds.

i did try twice to deposit the $100USD and the first time it came back with an Internal Error and the second time was a success and my PED Card received the deposit of less than 1000Ped, can this issue be resolved quickly Please..

im not entirely sure that the bank can do anything though so i'll have to wait and see what support says

Unless there happy with taking money and giving nothing in return(Who Wouldnt lol)

I also Quoted the 6 digit Number before Mindark PE AB for them i just hope it helps

Yeah they take money even if the deposit fail, very strange.
But good for you that you only tried 2 times, i did 4 :p and didn't get a ped for it.
