I regularly deposit through Ukash vouchers and we are told that we will get 10 game dollars for every 1 dollar, this i have been monitoring more closely since the pound took a bit of a nosedive on the world markets, but I am constantly getting shortchanged....I dunno where MA get their Figures from but it sure as shit ain't on any of the sites i check for Exchange rates.... take today for instance, 10 GBP at an exchange rate of 16.29900 according to the latest market figures!! well not in MA's world....there we are offered the ped at a rate of 14.46!!!!!!!!!

Can i ask what Market site MA use??
Can i ask when they update it???

You sure this isnt at Ukash's side? Ukash have vouchers for alot more sites then just Entropia so Im guessing they have their own 'system' for it... somehow

No £10 ukash is £10 it's definately when you use the voucher at MA's depo end.

IDK how is it in UK - but I have a foreing curreny account for this type of matter.

I buy USD for my banks average USD/HRK exchange rate then pay in USD.

I guess if you pay in L - there is tripple exchange rate - L -> SEK -> USD where a lot of money is wasted to bank conversion fees

Just my oppinion. Im not sure if thats it but highly probable. Why dont you buy USD with your L in your bank, then use that to pay - theyll give you 9.8 PED / USD

Well, 3,5% fee, like when you depo with credit card you also have to pay 3,5% "administrator fee". Would perfectly match.

Ukash give MA $10.
What you give to Ukash to get thse $10 is between you and Ukash. If anyone is ripping you off it's Ukash.
It's a shame that the whole of Europe doesn't use the Euro as that would remove these sorts of problems (as long as MA accepted Euros of course)

according to my banks calculation 10£ = about 15,2$ atm. So you buy 10£ worth, but Ukash give MindArk the money in $ not £. If thats the case then the problem is on Ukash's side, not MA's.

On www.ukash.com they have a section called "Convert your Ukash", so it would seem to me like they have the 'power' to convert it.
