Which would you trust more...

This noobs post or this from me, a well known player who has uber items and alot to risk.

I'm Broke I admit I'm low on money, but I have alot of knowledge about the game and trading.
I'm asking for investers who are willing to give me money to trade items, uber items if enough money to turn profit. I will in turn give you a part of this profit (no guarantee how much but I will do my best to make as much as possible).

My best trading was done using 20k ped and turned it into 30k ped in 30 days of hardcore trading!

I ask you to trust in me and those who know me ingame ( no need to list names, ask most anyone) and my honor, for many know it!

Make your choice!

Note: this is just an example, I'm not actualy askling for money!

LOL @ Faust.
Point taken. Nonetheless, the only way ppl will know if he scams or not is to give it a try.... if they're really interested and willing to lose whatever money they give him. Obviously, like any investment, it's best that one knows the source/broker. But just b/c he's a newb doesn't imply that he automatically will scam. It's just another thing for some1 to consider. I do kind of hope to hear more ppl's experience with this guy to see what happens. And hopefully, b/c this could potentially be so high-profile, MA will keep a watchful eye to ensure that scamming is not ocurring.
Nonetheless, any1 interested in giving this guy or any1 their ped better be prepared to lose it just in case

This goes into the realm of "to good to be true"

There is no way in PE to make that kind of profit in a that short of period of time. Therefore it is a scam.

But as he is a bit more clever scammer he probably does not scam at all first. If he now pays for 30 customers he can well manage to get 60 customers in couple days who all he can scam.

Yes... of course it doesnt matter you if you are in those 30 first... but thinking about morality - you would actually help him to scam others.

Thinking about the famous "free repair" scam. If the scammer would announce that he can repair only low tt faps and scanners (and have them ready in his inventory) before skilling up. A customer comes and gives broken fap and scammer "repairs" it thus giving full tt-fap back. Now this successful trade works as a recommendation for other people. Investment to scam more people. In theory that scammer might get some high end stuff to repair which pays back all those given full tt faps.

My point is that if you think someone is scammer its best not to participate in his business even if you wouldnt be making anything wrong yourself.

Ok, I thought it was high time I contributed to this conversation to answer some of the accusations and questions that have come up here.

Firstly and most importantly, the information at the top of this thread is quite out-dated. When I initially 'went public' there were a lot of bugs to iron out. Most importantly I no longer offer the 2 day period for anything other than the trial 5-10 PED investment package. Even that is really only an advertising tool, I do make a slight loss on the trials (hence only one being allowed per week). The latest info is available here.

In answer to Essi's question the reason I want more investors is to increase the pool of funds I have at my disposal. The larger the pool of funds, the more impact I can have on the market. Now, I want to stress that the impact I have on the market is way too insignificant to be called a 'monopoly' it evens itself out with minimal damage, even to MindArk.

Zarathustra, I have heard of the 'Ponzi' scam... I was introduced to it when I first started this organisation some 3 months ago. My goal is to become the bank of PE. I am drawing up a proposal to MindArk for that very purpose. Using the method described in the link you posted I would reach a state of collapse very quickly.. infact, there is no way I could have paid back the 50 or so accounts (especialy not including my 3 large financial backer's accounts!) that I have in the last week alone! I would be cutting myself short and I have worked too hard to make running off even close to worth it.

Mr Claude, I can understand your suspicion (I have been dealing with doubt to various degrees since I started doing this) however you have failed to take several things into account.
While it does take a lot of my time dealing with the clients my trading time is limited. I deal almost exclusively with 8 large scale traders (4 of whom I know personally IRL) which cuts down on the time I spend dramaticaly. At all times I have up to 15 'investments' (i.e. large collections of materials, ores, PED, whatever) in motion. The process is circular providing a constant flow of cash coming in and simulating my having up to 15 accounts working simultaneously. I also have a friend who updates the site for me, updates my client database and performs most of my admin tasks (for a little PED ofcourse :P ).
As for the list of references.. well sadly it is a little bereft of influencial players (actualy there are a few on there.. check again, it grows daily) this is due to the process I take where I ask each client by email or ingame if they would object to becoming a reference and unfortunately the larger investors tend to decline.

Faustian, my PR character Burelli may appear to be a noob, but that is because my game-play consists entirely of chatting in text and person to person trades. This doesn't help me build up any skills. I am not in a society because the people I work with directly are either already in societies or wish to remain completely anonymous. There is nothing for me to gain by starting a 1 person soc.

As Scetlana has said, if you are uncomfortable dont invest! I can't stress that enough .. a nervous client means much more work for me and while Im happpy to answer questions I cannot spend all my online time describing the process I use in detail.

In all I am very happy with the level of acceptance and open-mindedness I have seen since going public. A forum is a place for debate and so I welcome any questions or queries anyone might have and will do my best to answer them either here or on MSN or by email.

Burelli explain why you don't deposit 1000-2000$ and start from there making money for yourself ??!And don't give me that "I'm poor in real life!" excuse , you could deposit 100-200$ , even just 50$ and start from scratch , working your way up and making all those money for yourself Why give to others money you can make for yourself ?Out of the kindness of your heart ?

ATM I see it as Steuk does. I think that Burelli is just innovative... he's being an entreprenuer. It is nice that he included the bit about contacting MA.
I think if this is a scam, MA will find it immediately. But IF he's working with MA supposedly (and I hope he is) then this would be legit and my hat would go off to him.
Anyway, just my

as Mr Claude points out this is quite obviously a scam.
But if it isn't, and Burelli is in fact doing this out of the kindness of his heart it's much worse. If he manages to keep up that kind of profit it will rupture the entire economy. 300% every two weeks will make hundreds of millions in half a year. Money that others have to lose for him to gain.
