You know some people really know how to make me want to rant...

As far as I can see all it actually is, is just a debit card. Effectivly the same thing except a debit card draws stright out of your bank account and you cannot over spend. It seems though that debit cards have not taken the world by storm because people want to spend spend spend all the time.

I only have a debit card, which you can get at 16 in england, and I have deposited with it. I just refuse to have credit cards.
