Serious withdrawal problem

Hi all who are reading this post. Gonna tell you my story of withdrawal process. I withdew 15000 PEDs at 2006.07.18 and 18110 PEDs at 2006.07.24, total of 15000+18110=33110 PEDs. Yes they took 1.5% of that sum so that makes it 33110-33110*0.015=~32610. This sum of 32610 PEDs is equal to 3261 USD, everybody agrees with that, yeah?
I live in a country Lithuania, near the Baltic sea, that only matters because they had to send me my money in Euros, so they did. Yes, i got my money, 445 euros in 2006.10.16 and 1424 Euros in 200.10.17, that makes total of 445+1424=1866 Euros. Now 1866 doesn't equal 3261 dollars in no way, because 1 dollar costs ~0.765 Euro. I'll do some simple math 3261*0.765=2495 Euros. Now 2495-1866=~629 Euros missing, bank did took a few Euros for transfer, but that's all.
So the question that i'm asking is where have the rest of my money gone? Yes, believe me, i tried to write to support asking them if they sent all of my money, i got some standart answer, they didn't look to my problem seriously. I was waiting patiently and hoping that someday they will send me my missing money, but i'm out of patience now. No answer, no money, that is the situation.

MindArk PE AB only charge a withdrawal fee of 1.5% of the amount, or 10 USD minimum. Additional charges may, however, be imposed by your bank as well.

So they do not send withdrawed money in dollers? they send them in Euros?

Thats bs in my openion as we deposit in $ not in euros. They should give the peds back in $ imho. For every 10 ped they should just make $1, why make it into euros and cause difficulty?

I suppose you will receive your money in whatever currency your bank account uses, in his case it was euro.

Really though you've got to take into consideration that MA DOESN"T want you to withdrawl money.... EVER!!! They only want you to empty your pockets into the game world.

And that is obvious by the ease of deposit vs. the problems with withdrawl and the fact it can take up to 90 business days to get your money (missing 1/3 of it ofc )

If they really wanted it to be easy and accurate for you to withdrawl money they would have many more options for withdrawl, such as paypal or neteller...

That's not entirely true. I had the ATM cash card which at the moment has been suspended but if you were an ATM cash card holder there is a priority withdrawal process. Myself and other participants were able to withdraw funds and have them in our account within 10-12 working days - when the cash card did work cash was withdrawn instantly.

But of course I do agree the normal time it takes to withdraw is insane and I do hope people will be able to withdraw back to credit card, paypal or indeed BACs with reasonable timescales.

You need to call your bank and ask in what currency the wire transfer was made. If the bank recieved the money in dollars, you need to ask how much was send, and if the correct amount, how they arived at the exchange. If MA send the the bank the tranfer in euros, then you need to ask MA them the same question.

The problem is i was in a bank and i asked how much money MA sent me, it was 1869 Euros. Bank said that the only tax was like a few Euros for the transfer. And MA support isn't helping me either, noone bothers. Maybe someone has an email of MA's head of support? I would be greatful if someone PM'd me that.

MA suposed send $ to evryone , and its your bank that convert it in your curency ( yake som tax for that).
So ask MA What exactly they have send , and ask your bank the full exange information.

Or MA have not send the good amount , or you bank did an error.
BTW , even bank make error with money ...
