I got one yesterday 15.08 tt from a Longu Guarian only solo ESI i have looted since the change and 1 in team of 17 ped from a Kreltin Alpha in December

I too hadn't looted any since that last major VU...until a few days ago. I got a 106ped one from a feff. Someone bought it on auction for buyout of 1600ped

I looted them frequently one a week before MA changed the ESI system.

Since then I haven't looted any ESI anymore .
