Not everyone has the priviledge of having been in the game for so long, whay back when skill gathering was still much easier ...

Don't be bitter about sweating, it's not such a bad concept .... honnestly, if you had 10k skills in MF as well ... what other challenge would there be in this game

I believe getting skills as a n00b was easiest a couplo months ago when MA nerfed skill gains... n00bs skills shot up rapid like and mid level -> ubers got sod all....

People....It's not the noobs raising the price on sweat. It those people that are out bidding each other so they can make ME to sell at outrageous prices. I honesty belive there are a couple of societies that are targeting the sweat market, and always bidding the next .01 above the other guy shouting buying sweat.

ME cost right now is 56-60 ped per 1000. If they buy sweat at 3.8 (which I saw people shouting last night), and they mine some Nexus....combine it...sell it...make nice PROFIT.

I currently have about 6k nexus. So even if I pay .04 for sweat, I'm still saving over price of ME. I'm gonna buy enough sweat to get myself to 10k ME( I have 7k now). Then Im gonna finish skilling my pyscho so I can get my last chip up to the level of IV, so I can insert new inplant (lvl 4 - 10). At that time I may or may not stop using MF except once in a great while (I havent decided yet).

Every time I bring up this subject of ME prices...people get all hysterical and mad. I guess those that dont use it, see it as a luxury. So be it. I'm only gonna put so much money per month in this game..if that means I spend it on ME...then I wont be buying your (auctions, and shopkeepers) stuff.

PS...I also plan to lobby for TT sales of ME no matter how many of you continue to neg rep me.

I never sweated until about 2 weeks back when a soc mate of mine got a nexus HoF and i couldnt sweat after level 38 lol.
anyway when i started i went to the oil rig (much happyer place back then) but after a week there i deposited much easyer

i didnt read the whole topic so this has probably came, if so just ignore it.

Who's to say that the n00bs won't just take the larger amount of sweat and keep selling it for the same price. Afterall, you won't be able to take every single sweater on one of these trips so the sweat will just keep selling at the same price. The only diference is that the n00bs would get more money becuase when im selling sweat or atleast when i used to i wanted to get the highest possible price (duh) so these people will probably do the same thing.

Generally when i hunt trox, which is all i hunt pretty much, I loose tons of PED. In fact, if i dont get a 100+ global i am loosing money. And when you factor in armor repairs, ammo, wep repairs, you end up loosing A LOT more than you think.

I'm sure I'm not the only trox hunter out there that experiences this. As a matter of fact the last time i DID profit hunting was when i was borrowing a whip and skilling exo and daik.

I cant even remember the last time i profited hunting Atrox.

Ill say it again, just because you see someone hofing on something doesnt mean they are rich. Unless its an uber hof it most likely is just cushioning the loss they are going to receive.

90% of all Pe players have not skills enought to hunt bigger mobs then snables and up to 100 hp mobs to break even

I've had evenings hunting Trox and making a profit ( after ammo and decay costs ), either with Kats Valor ( high decay cost ) or MK II ( lower decay cost ).

In fact... I've had that with most mobs... sometimes good times, sometimes I break even ( most times it is slightly lower than break even ) and I've also had plenty of times where I had a good loss ( 20+K ammo and decay )... I don't think your winnings / loosings are mob related. Only your skill gain is.

good times, bad times... it's almost like reality

But maybe indeed make sweating easier or allow sweating longer. More supply will mean lower prices ( if demand doesn't rise ).

One simple way would be that noone buys sweat anymore... ( yeah, anarchy ), that way the price would drop to nearly nothing. If all buyers agree not to pay more than a certain price...

But then again, how to get all buyers united like that
