Calling all Mentors - Bring sweat price down.

Advice to all mentors that wanna take their noobs to THE sweat spot...cers island on amathera...

some ppl will say it's hard for noobs to get there...to them i say BS...i managed to get there (my mentor told me the coords and I went)...and i only got killed once on the way there...this is the only known mob trap left i know off...

once u get there just tag a cers (after dying a few times u figure out how to do it)...bring it to one of the 3 pole (one is west of tp, 2nd is north of first and 3rd is north of tp)...then sweat your ass off...the youngs have like 300-400 sweat...

last time i tried was before last VU though ( a friend of mine tried PE and didnt like it so before he canceled his account I sweated his avy off)...a day and a half and it was done

so whoever can still sweat go try it out, i can't sweat and I dont use MF so i dont really care...but if the trap still works well hope it'll help u MF users ;-)

I wouldn't help a n00b out like this. If they cant help out in the game financially at some point then imo they arent worth the bother..

I've helped out way too many n00bs and gave them my cash/weapons/armour only to have the little shits quit the game the very next week.

My days of helping non-depositing n00bs are over... MF is just a pile of shit. Until MindArk can sort out a way for players to get sweat without paying n00bs an outright fortune, I shall not be using it.

i have the same felling about that, they all skip even though i help them out alot: hunting bigger mops with them at equal/que give them items when they get better skills, like the idea of getting back the 3000 manns and fap 5´s

A commodity like ME always fluctuates, but there are a couple disturbing trends at play here. First, all recent VU changes have all effected sweat availability in a negative way. Second, resellers are now hanging in popular sweating places and killing the sweating mobs so they can inflate prices. And not to sound like your grandparents, but today's sweaters are lazy. The rates they get for sweat are so high that they don't feel motivated to chase mobs anymore. 22-25 pec per successful sweating attempt.

It will be up to MA to implement a change to increase sweat availability, making MindForce usable once again. Until then, the MF market will stay depressed, and only the wealthiest will touch it.

Why not just gather a whole load of people spread them in the main sweating places and Port A. And advertise a whole load that you are buying swear at 2pec/bottle. The other buyers will catch on and they'll advertise to, the noobs will then find it incredibly hard to sell higher, as soon as one person has sold at 2 pec you have won. You can tell other buyers the good news, your buying at 2pec and they should too.

you guys are the victim of your own capitalist impulses.

dont forget that for MF to be practical, sweat has to cost almost nothing. like half a pec per bottle or less. think about the killer decay on the chip AND your implant. etc.

as for some sort of forced boycott of prices, it wont work. for every one of us dumbasses on forums that passes over sweat at 3.x/bottle, theres another random person who will buy. this random person probly doesnt read the forums, or maybe they do.

even tho pe doesnt have as many players as other games, its still too big for X amount of ppl to passively change something in the market. stop buying sweat for the rest of your fuckin life, someone else will. and what will change cuz you stopped buying? nothing.

what needs to change is not the market, but the system. the current price is obviously a price that can be borne by the market. ppl are charging 3.5, and ppl are paying. from an economical standpoint, everythings cool.

if you think sweat/ME costs too much (it does), then we gotta change the system. lets think about ways to change the system, then decide on one of these ways, then someone send a support cae about it.

but its lame to bitch about something without offering a solution too.

i dont see much difference between nexus and mindforce. change nexus into mindforce, so that we can drill our mind essence. same way they changed some fruit into dung, a couple new texture models and ta da. have some mind essence in pvp3, yes, the biggest deposits, but also have lots of it outside of pvp, for the low skilled players.

no more sweat for noobs?! oh gno?!#$ yes. then, mentors would have to HELP noobs instead of exploit them. and noobs would deposit sooner. which probly suits MA just fine. im fucking tired of this army of random orange losers running around trying to save up enough money for a jungle stalker by sucking sweat from dinosaurs and charging me 550% for ME. this is more than kanerium!#$ get rid of this sweat stuff, just like they got rid of item drops =D

then it would be a simple matter to get your mind essence.. grab some probes, which are cheaper than bombs, and start drilling. decay from miners and more deposits, possibly sooner, from noobs, for MA.. a solution to the problem for us. and no silly bottles of sweat in mob loot windows either. i dont want sweat, i want boar shins F, or a DOA, or something.

You can't take the noob source of income away...they hit the sweat cap anyway so lower prices might hurt those who can't deposit.

The solution to all of this is sweat globals. It wouldn't affect the loot pool much because of the low TT value.

If you go to Camp Phoenix, you'll see some people walking around named 47, 48, 49, etc. His 50 avatars agree with me that the sweat cap is a joke.

...but that is very important cos otherwise we would never have 280570 players. If there wherent any sweatcap, it would look pretty silly having a game with 3500 players

a game with 3500 real accounts is ok with me. less lag. get rid of this sweat nonsense. as for not taking away the noobs only source of income.. why not? times change. the world has moved on and taken its money with it.

but before anyone gives me too many hardass points, it used to be me, crys, the noob, standing around in phoenix with 5-6 cornu mature, fapping them in my nemesis, with 2580 or 2600 or whatever the hell i was using. in the past i also fapped a couple armax, etcetc. i did my part, but the thing about sweat and mindforce just is not working. so let the miners drill for mindforce. make nexus into mind essence so we can mine it from the ground. simple =D

as for the noobs.. cant have much sympathy for them based on all the bad behavior. 1 out of 10 noobs is actually cool. when i see 8 out of 10 pull out a credit card and make a deposit, then maybe ill change my mind.
