Obviously you dont know what you talk about von, and I think you with this post has crossed the line.

One of the ides of shopping malls is to take the power away from resellers and give it back to the people. The more people can influent the everyday activities the more they will prosper.
The needs of the many out weights the needs of the few or the one.
Yes, if they don't act accordingly in the store. If I go into a liquor store all drunk, yeah I'll get chucked out. If I go in sober and presentable, intending to buy liquor for entirely LEGAL purposes, behaving in-store in the proper manner, the owner has no legal right to deny me a sale. I could sue for discrimination.

This guy wants to sell stuff with strings attached.

What if you went into a computer store and wanted to buy a computer, and the salesman says he won't sell it to you if you're going to use it to look at porn. WTF right does he have to tell you what to do with your computer? And how is he going to find out what you're going to do with it?

Or, how about a EU seller who will sell you a weapon only if you hunt with it, but not if you use it for PVP, because he doesn't approve of killing people??
And how is he going to know if you're in PVP unless he's watching you??
You're not going against EULA if you use the weapon in PVP, are you? No, it's perfectly legal. The seller is imposing his arbitrary system of ethics on you.

Now suppose a EU shop owner wants to sell only to crafters. He could scan all potential buyers to make sure they meet some arbitrary level of skills he's set, to make sure they are Devoted Crafters. So if a crafter goes in to buy some stuff for a lesser-skilled crafter that can't get in, and resells it to that "lesser" crafter, is he banned from buying any more stuff?

It's discrimination to deny a sale to someone who is breaking no laws. It doesn't matter if the buyer doesn't do "what I intended" with the stuff.

"What I Intended" extends ONLY to Did You Intend To Sell Something, and not one inch further.

Its your store you should have the RIGHT to pick and choose people you want to sell to. If you only wanted to sell to people in blue pants so be it its YOUR store!

BTW: Yirrk you can attempt to sue them for not selling to you but you would not win

What's to stop the resellers, or anyone else you "ban" from simply getting a friend or someone else to buy the stuff for them?
That's a good point and people also told me they could just create a 2nd avatar. First of all if their friend bought it, they would have to waste to persons times to get the profit and I would be able to ban the friend as well - If they continue to disrespect my enjoyment of Entropia by running this shop I'm pretty sure it's breaking the EULA.

Keep in mind I told this person to stop the activities which was denied.

It's Official

yep.. . it's official.
this has got to be the single-most elitist pile of crap i've ever heard.

don't get me wrong, i have no love for market manipulation, any more than the rest of you; but to think that MA needss to implement a abnning system for storefronts just to be able to cut out people you suspect of being resellers is absolutely ludicrous.
i craft. guns, equipment, armor, tools, attachments, and furniture.
if i went into your store to restock (not likely after reading this, btw) on supplies; simply from the volume and variety of items i would purchase; you would *swear* up and down that i was a reseller.
then i'd get banned, if you had your way, i suppose.
guess it's good thing i also tend to hunt/mine about 99% of my own supplies, but the point remains: this is ludicrous!

I dont mind if they make basic filters, jesters or master coats with the ores.
I mind them reselling the ores. I try to sell at a good price because I know the tools the crafters make will be cheaper, this is not something I think but know.

It really sounds like those of you who seems like this is crap aren't shop owners or crafters.
