Finaly got a global, but the program didnt work. Most likely because I have my sound turned off. Will give it another try tomorrow with sound on, and sliders on 0.

Hello there.

I have actually never tried the software, when playing without sound in EU.
But i think the sound files are still accessed and Autoscreen should take a screen shot.

Make sure you are monitoring the correct sound files (see http://www.iencoders.com/autoscreen) for instructions.

Also, don't run with the ms (milliseconds) on 0, cause then Autoscreen will grab the screen shot before the swirls appear. Try from 500-1500 ms.

As same sound files are used when someone next to you are globaling, go to a place where there are a lot of crafters. Then you can use them to test and tune Autoscreen. Good luck

downloaded the software, and all works fine
didnt got a global myself when testing it, but the guy next
to me got a global, and i have a pic

Also when you got a fake global / hof, skill gain the software

When I press CTRL+C in for example excell, it also makes a screenie of the selection

That's the "print screen" replacement that kicks in.

Yes I can make another option, so that this function will only kick in if Entropia is running. I will look into that as soon as I can.

Until then, you can disable the function by unchecking
"Integrate with printscreen".

Picked up the update today (1.1.0.7), but saw that the configuration was reset. I.e. I had to enter the filenames to monitor and the folder to store the images before getting on with it. Not a real problem, just some feedback on the otherwise smooth update process.

I really like the screenshots of the swirlies when reaching a new prof standing ;-) But I would like the global/hof swirlies even better! Hope to get one soon

New functions to come:

- Option to disable print screen replacement when Entropia is not running

- Customized image text, where you can have your avatar name (or other text you choose) and date / time stamped on all your images automatically.

- Option to blank out your PED amount on image.

- Option to set the image size on your screen shots.

- Auto start with windows / minimized at startup

The first 2 functions will we ready soon.
So check this thread for info when the new version is ready.

Was just wondering if you decided on the c+p key input??......as this would be a great feature.

It may break the EULA (perhaps?????) but obviously no advantage, gain or damage can can result from its use so I cant see a problem.

Anyways, +rep for your work so far.

Reason I would like to see the c+p included is that I run an event and instead of explaining steps to new players how to take a screenie it would be so much easier to link them to "autoscreen". So it would benifit EU
