Question: Making items point in another direction

Does anyone know how to make items (furniture, mannequins etc) point in another direction? When dropped they seem to follow the compass and point for example north. Is it even possible to "turn them around"? Furniture don´t even fit against the wall.

Yes you can. I can't login atm, and i'm kind of used to controlling eu without thinking about wich buttons I push so correct me if i'm wrong, but I think it was like this:

After dropping an item, hold right mouse button and move the mouse to turn the item. Might be the left mouse button or middle mouse button instead of the right one though ...

That's about right. Don't actually drop the item, but drag it over the floor/wall/wherever you want to drop it, hold down the right mouse button and move your mouse to rotate. Then click the left mouse button to drop the item.
