No-one pays the rent. It's a squat. That's how it works...

You can be pretty sure they won't pay the bills, either...

And for good measure they might even strip out all the copper wiring just to get the price of a pint from the scrap-merchant...

Then the floorboards will come up for firewood...

When the toilet get blocked and overflows with *stuff* they'll use the Bath, until that blocks and overflows too. Combine the stench of that with the reak of dog-poo from their mangey mutts on a string...

And finally, when the place is completely uninhabitable, they'll simply move in next door, and start again...


OR, who knows, they may be that rare breed, The Together Squatter.



But yes I agree, knowing who's name is on the lease would be fun..
