OK I finally got enough ped to fairly enjoy the game. Now I know i dont got enough for a fee free house or home or whatever but i can afford a 10 -
40 ped monthly fee kinda prefer a 10 ped though But all the apartemnts
and mall places are taken or empty and taken. Seems like without paying
monthly fees on an apartment you can just sit on it forever. Is there a time
limit i mean what if someone quits now that place is forver taken. I got
an idea why not have 1 year contracts on them where you pay 1 year in advance and and you can have a 3 month window after the year is up.
and if its not paid in full it goes on the auction block. During the year at
any time you can pay it up to a full year kinda like decay. If you dont pay
then after the 3 months all your stuff is transfered to your personal storage
thing and it goes in a special tab (that you gotta pay the size is based on
how big your property is over all also you would have to upgrade your personal storage before buying any new apartments to enshure if you ever defaulted you got enough room in your default on apartements storage area)

Also I was thinking about buying an aprtment for sale on auction. Its beta
west. I dont know how to get there. and it the dead does not say how much the monthly fees are or how many people can fot inside it or just how big it is.
seems like its high up does it have an elevator like 15th floor. It was bought
for like 550 ped now its for sale for like 700 ped but how much per month
and how big.

during the month apartments in that aera sold for like 2k plus
does that mean alartments in that location or does that apply
to that one apartment. when im looking at the info.

Beta west is up at Cnd ,

I think you should get a flat at genesis or somewhere close to your favorite hangout .
dont forget to check how close to TP and if it has a balcony where you can hang out with friends

and you can get a flat for about 500- 600 peds , the Mu you see is as houses are included in the MU % in auction and one got sold last weeks for 5000Peds, thats why mu is high sometimes

just hunt a bit less and save up your peds and buy a flat or save more and buy a house as that is fun too

Valkon, you just started a few days ago. You really should wait and learn much more about the game before you go buy an apartment.

Valkon an apartment is no more than glorified storage or a meeting place really. Unless you are into decorating it and hanging out there. CND apartments were a great asset until vu10 when storage was introduced on CND. Before that you just got heavier and heavier until you sold at a loss to buyers up there or had to come down because you could`nt move.

Don`t worry about a shortage of places to buy either. A while back MA took all the spare apartments off auction and they are released a little at a time. And Neverdie who owns CND regularly puts up batches of apartments up there on auction as demand requires. Also plenty of people sell them often enough. Not to mention when other planets come on line there will be real estate available there too. Best to wait a bit and keep your bankroll for playing at this time. The game is still in transition and a better time to look at that would be when things stabilize a bit.

Ok so I wont buy a fee free home but I still kinda want an apt or condo
close to a telly at 10 ped per month. Ill just keep my eye out. If you
buy a dead and never use it it's always yours right. I'm just cuious of that mechanic. I do want to use mine when I get one though. Still courious.

You have to claim the apt/house after you buy it which = you going to that place and claiming it. Since some apt buildings aren't even in the world yet (like mine) I would wait.
My apt fee is 10 ped a month.
Also after not logging in to PE (sorry FPC) for over a year your account is deleted, or so I have been told. All your ped is 'somewhere' and you are given MV for your items (not MU).

That's not true. What happened is that a player (or players) bought up all of the ones in the auction for buyout. These plyters have since then released their stock a few at a time in an attempt to make a nice profit.
I don't think there are any planet based apartments for sale in auction at the moment. You will have to wait until VU 10.1. Until then go out hunting, mining, and check the auction for furniture.
