Personal TP for an appartment

I think one of the reasons appartments aren't really attractive, is that you do not wake up in it.. or you have a hard time getting to your appartment.

I have a suggestion that could be easily implemented. When teleporting, appartment owners get an extra location, their own appartment. No more going from continent to continent, going up elevators, but a quick way to be inside your own appartment. Ofcourse Mindark could make these "inhome teleporters" lootable.. and there could be a nice markup, and they could be decayable.

Another suggestion could be a tick box in options where an appartment owner can select to automatically be "born" inside their appartment when they connect.

A side effect of this is that the cities where the appartments will be a lot more crowded and I think appartment appreciation will grow.

what do you all think? Good idea? Am I totally off?

I think that some of the higher power TP chips have this option already.

While its true that the Medium and up TP chips do have a TP to home ability, last time I tried it, it just dumped my at Omegaton's TP, not in my apartment (which would be nice). But MAN does that tp to home option burn a lot of ME.

If you have an actual house TP to home takes you there. If you have an apt. it just takes you to the nearest TP to your apt which isn't really much help.

Interesting idea. I think a Medium TP chip should take you directly to the Estate Terminal. Not cool that it doesn't work for apartments.

I like the idea and think it would make apartments more interesting. It would be nice if it was in every apartment. It would be ok if it was lootable as well.
Would be great if you could have an apartment planet side and one on cnd. Think about what this could do to the value of an apartment on CND. Of course in that case it could only be used personally not for friends. I think this could work even for the pilots. Flights would still be cheaper for most than owning two apartments. So Neverdie what do you think? Someone please let Neverdie know to take a look at this post.

That doesn't seem like a well thought out feature. The TP to home feature should land you at your Estate Terminal (regardless of what type of Estate it is). Why wouldn't they have made it work that way?

Maybe if you got the teleporter inside every appartment building at first floor or at the floor with the open (garden) space that every apartment has at one level

I would really like the option of having a preset spawn point when I log in and it asks you 'Would you like to spawn from: 'Last known location'? Or 'Hometown/Home'

It would solve the problem of D/Cing and losing a mob you were fighting or something, and if you ever got stuck at an outpost it could be solved by a quick relog

I would like that Making your apparment more accessable is important I think.
I would also like that you will be able to do more from your home, IE. a 'Personal Auction Terminal' that let you access auction from your home. like IRL when u use internat to access e-bay or simular auctionsites.
