I would suggest to bring a rocket launcher and a grenade launcher: shoot a rocket into the building and use the grenade launcher, to tag all the mobs that will run out of it.

The only question is, with what weapon you will take all your mobs down? It should be something really fast...

Last recommendation: make a team with one or two experienced players. While you take the mobs down, the others loot the carcasses. Remember, that looting takes longer in RL than in EU!
