Not useful yet, IMO.
It might be not usefully for personal stats, but seen as a whole he has got the best data about loot we've got so far. The missed ones do not disturb, it will still be a random sample of global loot.

Btw, I'm analyzing this since 3 months now or maybe more. Maybe I was lucky to have the right background, but many things I had to learn as well.

Edit:
The best thing would be, if Starfinder would be so kind to publish a public dataset. So everyone can use the same data interested in the matter.

to Jimmy,

the model does atm not explain why in your insane loot test return was lower in the higher cost factor tests. I have the impression that there is another limit. For example, C1 loot can't be higher than 50 PED.

With your 10000 HP ambu, C1 loot would be limited to 30 PED. With a 20000 HP ambu, C1 loot would be limited to 60 PED using the model. If loot in C1 has an additional truncation point then those 60 PED would be limited to 50 PED and hence you'll loose 10 PED.

That's a preciuos input. My model is very conservative, (i.e. I use the lower limits of the estimated class probabilities). A loot for class >= C3 is atm 2.5%. I'm sure it will be higher in the end, but due to limited data I don't want to publish results that are too high. So my given 78% return on Ambu Y means, the return is at least 78%.

Buk told me, that in his data using TT-value without markup, he has a return of about 96%. So we will see where we end up with a larger dataset.
Given the hunting skill difference between me and Buck that's more than reasonable.

I mean nothings wrong here, but im trying to say that you should analyze that finaly and keep all info for your own, because it`s your job, not somebody ellse..! nobody did, but if you ask me, i guess you wil get banned if you realy find out and use that "uber loot all the time" system ;PPP
