No items in uber HOFs is a good thing

yeah, I know you've been quite cool dude so far, that's why I told you to stay away from the light MA is showing

no really, I'm trying to see the same as you - something nice. but as I've explained millions of times, that is not behind lots of oils or L in loot. what I've seen so far are only nerfs, from skills to items in loot and armor sets. so what good have you seen lately? facemasks? virtual tamagotchis? yeah, that's a lot to our hearts indeed it takes a lot more than that to make my heart thrill...

well, everyone makes their own coclusions about likes and dislikes in PE. I've done mine already and that's why you only occasionally see globals against <censored> up project of foots, only oils and L in loot or similar yeah, this is an ongoing petition from my side. I deposit basically nothing compared to what I used to and blast the ped into air by only a fraction as it was before. if one day enough of us do the same, maybe MA will reconsider some things a bit. if not, well you'll see that part then...

I completely agree that item drops in the past were 20,000 times better than they are today. I wish I had a time machine to go play PE back then.

However, as things stand atm, we can look forward to the hunting loot of (L) items, oils, extractors, paint and the occasional ESI. Once in a blue moon, a real great item will drop.

This is the current hunting loot. This is what we have to work with.

All I'm saying is that I'm more happy with 1 guy getting jag arms during a global while someone else gets a pure oil uber. This allows a bit more "movement".

To have the jag arms drop during an uber just seems worse to me somehow. What do you think?

well, if the 7k oils covers my last months minuses then jag arms would seem like a nice bonus on top of it. but if it'd make still -3k for the last month in total with markup... =)

really, I'd rather swallow the 7k bill for the month if I get the jag arms during it, that's what I think. it's not even comparable with oils/L.

Where did I say they should drop 50K Eon Sets? Go read again...
I play for more than 3years now so I know my way around in this universe but even that is more than 1 year too late to have had the chance to loot the items back then dropped in numbers not like today or 3 years ago when every drop of any uber part is nearly a sensation.

Yeah surely you would survive not even 1 minute if EON is your only protection in a LG you need the corresponding Health points and Fap not to speak about Dodge skills etc. EON alone was bevor introduction of some new weapons a real live saver but I think not anymore today if you only own EON and not the rest.

To the next thing I only have to mention this:
If MA wants Infiltrator armors in game they increase the Valurite drops and the drop rate of L-L Infiltrator bp's and crafters will certainly love to craft and sell them.

If someone hunts hundreds of the same mob day after day and does not loot a armor part in a year the droprate is surely next to non existant, not talking about me btw but there are enough examples of players hunting day after day the same mob, no not Exos , and never loot anything with a good markup.

Looted 15k of oils is crap too, if it would have a few markup stuffs like an esi and a full L gun for example.
But I guess item drop is a chance calculated on return like:

If it were to increase, say ten times the current droprate (take a look at angel shins for example...and image them dropping at ten times the rate...now imagine what happens when people realise they drop at ten times that rate.... you don't have ten times the drop, you have 100 times i.e. the item becomes devalued). And if the drops stayed at only 10 times? Well the price sure isn't going to drop - because people will say "oh I may as well start collecting an angel/shadwo set if i can get a full one eventually" and so are prepared to pay the horrendous prices that are otherwise unwarranted.

MA have compensated the lack of most avatars ever getting angel, shadow, supremacy (which most do not realise they don't need yet, they merely 'want it') with some fantastic (L) armors (atm crafters holding the parts for ransom - infil does not cost 1k% to make anymore)

Take Lich for one case. Only hard part to get is the light metal plating. So what do you do? get a team of 10 and go destroy mulaakf camps - in other areas of crafting we have seen that the droprates of items increases when more crafters can craft the bps effectively (apparent with the dropping of hides for textures). So it might be a year before most of us who can use lich effectively get a set, but priced 160-200% (which it should be priced at considering market on light plating atm) lich outdoes supremacy on decay (granted slightly less damage) - so your net input won't be 150k for a set, it will be 0k ((L) you pay the decay in advance)

So lets look at your example of Angel Shins.

1) Did you notice that in every armor Set there is one part witch drops significantly lesser in loot than the others and one is dropping more often than the others?
2) Angel Shins M had a price tag of TT+1500 two years ago and TT+3000 one year ago and are now traded at TT+4000 so this indicates to you that the droprate of that item increased in correspondance to the numbers of people playing EU? To me it indicates the completly opposide and that with a item you say is dropping a lot atm - I only can say LOL
3) Studies by people with very good knowledge in math showed that any L armor with Markup in the region more than 150% is not as economic as non L armors so only for fun to use or if you want to give away your deposits to other players to collect.
4) Wauw Mulaak'f how should one hunt them without propper armor witch can handel their 100 to 200 dmg per blow and their accuracy and also protect you in a sufficient way from the pk'ers out there? So you suggest to posess a armor like Jaguar or better to hunt for materials to make a L Armor witch will be lost at the end of usage? Not very economic I think. BTW I only have 157 hp's no Jaguar and no Imp/Mod Fap or MM to do them.
5) I think Lich for 150% is not to see at any time in game at all, MA will surely prevent this from happening at all costs.


Conclusion to me:

If MA would increase the droprate of this items to the point the price would be cut in halve all expect the few who bought their Item in the past year would not loose any money at all as the price increase since then would compensate the 50% price loss. BTW why not once with the uber items? There where already many items witch lost up to 90% of its value in the past two years after gaining this value. You need examples? Look at EK2600 price rose from TT+80 about 2,5 years ago to TT+1000 and more and is now back down at TT+150, Minor TP Chip is another example and there are more if you need, you can go look in PEAuction or the ingame Auction.

ROFL, I'm nearly every day out hunting Itumatrox since Dez. 2007 so I know how many hunters are out there hunting Itumatrox quite well. And I can tell you there are not 10 times or even 2 times more hunters out there hunting Itumatrox.

The Lich example came from you and if MA does not want Light Metal in loot you can shoot thousads of that mob without any chance to loot it.

I never said I play 3 years I should have looted a Shadow/Angel/Supremacy/MM/Imp Fap/Mod Fap/what ever else uber item or even a ML35 or Jaguar part. I only say that with a 10 or even 100 times bigger playing base the numbers of drops of this items should be around the same number as when there where 10 or even 100 times lesser player and not 1000 times smaler than back then.
