No items in uber HOFs is a good thing

actually, I disagree here. every player not just chatting 3 years ingame for hours every day MUST loot at least one (probably even more) very good or uber item. I think it'd be quite natural form of telling a player "thank you for being with us all this time". will you say the same thing that you do not even deserve any of those after another 3 years? so, when is the right time? after 20 years when you finally give it up and end up with nothing good in your hands? stupid situation, eh? =)

I have to agree to initial post, its nice to see nice items in small globals, and the big HoFs could be oils only (still enough to afford buying nice items).

But, with the introduction of this uL SIB weapons (PED sinks) that have TT values above the 3-4k PED mark, you need an UBER to be able to loot it.
Think about it

I would like a loot system where you simply loot 1 item or any amount of resources (oils, paint, extractors aso).
What I don´t like is this combination 20k PED oils + item in loot, thats double ATH and not fair imho!

Sure I would like to have a better item record than a Vigi Harness 2 1/2 Years ago or Nemesis Foots after introduction of foots or a Bravo when they had TT+40 Markup and my statement was in response to the accusation that I said I should have a full Shadow Set by now, witch I never said, I hunt quiet a lot, 72 Agility and 56 Strenght so you can get the ballpark where I am in non chippable Skills
Surely with the amount of Itumatrox I hunted since December 2007, must have been several thousands of them I may could have expected to get once a real good loot from them with something nice in it but this is not the point, the point is that the prices of a certain part of items has a insane increase in Markup(either too powerfull or too eco), a lot of items are simply TT food(old lowlevel items) and the vast amount of midlevel gear/tools looses their markup (EK2600 for example)


PS:

I still think ~80% of people with uber items have them for more than a year so even a 50% price drop from current pricelevel would not hurt them as they bought it at that level or less.
Or who cares about all thouse buying a EK2600 at TT+500 or TT+1000 that you can buy it now for TT+140 and the accumulated Peds they lost by this? There are surely 100 if not 1000 times more EK2600 in game than for example Imp or Mod Fap.

EK2600 is like 100 USD you lost. Now look at a mod merc, imk2 or any other real uber item.

You mean me?
No I bought mine some days ago for TT+145 because more than 2 years ago when I could have bought a ek2600 for TT+80 I had no peds for that as even friends did not want to teamhunt with me because of my bad luck.
So I had to adapt and start mining to get some peds in a profession I had 10 times lesser Skills and still have today even though my biggest loot in mining is 6 times bigger than my biggest hunting loot.


But 3000 x 100 USD = 300'000 USD = 3'000'000 Peds so why not let the MM or any other mega uber items user loos 3 Mio. Peds for once why only EK2600 users, Minor TP chip users etc. have to loos Millions of peds?
