Question: what's your return rate?

After digging into my Excell sheet i came to a conclusion: I get 66% tt return from mining, unless I get extra hof 250-400 range and up. Those were 1year ago so I can isolate results.

I had my first sub 10% return hunt the other day, swiftly followed by a 20% return.

Never had that before. Doing the same thing using the same gear on the same mobs that I have done for the past 18 months.

Historically its between 60% and 120% return.

But something odd happening of late. Will have to experiment with a few different combos and see what happens.

yes it can, i have the same results when hunting and some times worst.
i voted over 20% and under 30% seems the best option for my average returns.

Unless you shoot your feet more than the mobs.

Maybe you can do a test run in a PvP area... If you kill all yourself all the time, we know why your loot sucks so bad.

I wouldn't doubt some people get that low.
My own hunts are in the 30-40% area.
Hunting isn't my thing as it were.

Not everyone can have 10%-20% return. You have to work harder! Try to miss more often and you will notice a change in return very quickly!

i just did a 5sword hunt on argos, loot was pretty good for the first 3 swords (looted 2 faceguards, 4 thigh guards and 3 tele and NB chips and 140ped+ iron), then the last two swords all i got was a 4ped freand alpha, some iron and 35 noloots in a row.

but overall i got about 95% return, depends on how long u hunt i guess, overall in team i think we get around 60-80% back with some globals in between

I never hunted big mobs, i stayed on my own level and i mostly got 80 to 90% returns on average.

(maybe because my mining has avg return ~60% and getting crappier every day)
I don't think you can ask for average return from one profession and ignore others.

Anyway 10% return in anything is MA balancing team telling you to go drop bombs or craft amps.
