I know a person who gets 10-20% returns from opalo+A101 snable hunting. sure she is doing something wrong.
Sometimes EU is just screwing someone and you're lucky you're not one of those ppl. (note I'm not saying they will be screwed forever, roles usually cycle in few months) |

didn't vote because it's dependent of what I'm doing ... Well, I check my percentage this way:
OK, and what this percentage is depends of what I do. In short I'd say:
These % are what I have for quite some time periods, guess it wouldn't make much sense to judge a single hunt. Think it's rather sad it's working this way now - it was different in the past! "Standard loot" was better, but we didn't have this much of the insane Uber loots - so we wasn't this dependent of frequent globals/ minis! For these to get we need to maximize our kill count as much as possible, which means we're ending on small, boring critters that die fast. No fun, right? Have fun! |

I see a lot of people complaining about the big hofs and low avg loot as if it was something that MA chose to force upon us. It is my opinion that this fate is a result of our cumulative actions.
Think of this: If more people are burning more peds and our wins are calculated from our losses, it will mean that loot comes in bigger batches. If everyone gets angry and starts playing less (losing less) then the ones with the highest losses (the big looters) will do so at a lower tt value. MArco has stated before that the one who loses the most wins the most. I think that is very important information when analyzing loot on a macro scale. I am drunk but I think but I think my reasoning is sound. ![]() If it doesn't make sense, get a glass and a bottle. ![]() Ok joking aside, the point I want to make is that I think the balance of huge loots vs good avg. loot is not something that MA has changed... it's a result of our actions. |
