It's exactly as Jorael said... more globals does not mean more popular or better returns lol. All it means is that more ppl are globalling on em... fewer 25-30 ped loots, cause they are doubled to a global

Its just the bar has been raised once again, and combine long term skilling with heavy rotation, and that's a path most players won't have the time, the patience, or the cash to follow. Considering it takes K's of peds of rotation, instead of the 100's to at least break even on TT - as drops aren't guaranteed - i'd say the moderated players just got screwed.
