That does not guarentee you'll get the item. I was paired up with a soc-mate hunting Ambu. He was AFK for a bit while I started killing and only came back when the critter was 2/3 dead, yet he ended up with the 160 PED Isis and I got the Ambu skin.

Agreed. There have been numerous occasions in team hunting with Stack Share selected (our default setting) that the higher TT item has gone to the person doing less damage. Dynamic

Wow how fast can we label everyone that makes a mistake or misunderestands a Scammer. If this is the case with Entropia then I will label myself a Scammer. As a new player or seasoned player I make mistakes I ask questions , I pay for mistakes. In this case the gun napper asked the Team Leader if he could use the gun. The answer was yes . So he went and used the gun. Now the Team mates are saying whoa I want my share . Perhaps the Team Leader should pay. If there was not a clear and concise rule in place and all members were clear. Then in harm no foul. Fairness and common sense should be you guide

I would just like to clearify that no one in this team even mentioned splitting items any other way than EU itself splitts them amongs us (Damage Stack Share).
If you are supposed to splitt bigger items by defult without no one mentioning it, then im really really sorry.

To lots of you people posting here! Can you please read all the pages of the thread?!?! Like..!! Yeah.!

I tried to follow up on this thread what was happening here, but instead of beeing able to read how the outcome was, I had to read 3 pages (out of 4) with people saying the exact same thing, saying this guy is a scammer and etc.. Well, if you read the post, he came back here posted his opinion ages ago!! Read the G** da** thread! Pls..

Well, I think it's a kind of misunderstanding here. Since the agreement was to split the loot, I think that is what should be done.. And if they told you that you could keep the gun if you was in need of it, I don't think they ment for free, but for a fair % of the item worth, so that they could get the peds from the loot value, and you kept the wep

So the only thing I would have done in this situation is to pay the other team members the part of the guns value they deserved from the beginning

yeah ... he is not a scammer ... but never count on me to hunt with him ...

It would seem that there was NO prior agreement at all on the sharing of items before the hunt commenced. Other than Stack share.

Therefore the looter is under no "obligation" to split the gun.

And likewise the label of "scammer" is TOTALLY inappropriate in this case.

It is purely a case of a bunch of strangers going on a hunt together, not setting any rules, other than "stack share" - the team gets a global, in which amongst the loot is a gun that goes to one of the team.

End of story - as there was no prior arrangement for this eventuality.

If the looter then decides to share some of the gun with the others in the team, then this would be completely out of his own generosity to the other members of the team. And will spread a warm fuzzy feeling amongst all concerned.

But, this is his choice to make, and in no way should he be castigated regardless of which direction he chooses.

If nobody explicitly said that big items had to be split, then you are not a scammer, and you have the right to keep it.

You will just have a bit less friends and will solo hunt, but it is your choice.
