IMO he shouldn't be perma-banned, unless it's more than his first major offense. He should be banned for 1~2 weeks, though.
Either that or MA could somehow trap him within PvP4 with his entire storage on him, and keep his avatar online for no less than 6 hours :p.

That image you posted Buzz, was quite clear that he was purposefully getting in the way. Before I saw the screenie, I thought maybe he was running between you and the mob where there was some distance. But he was right up in your face. That is totally unacceptable and MA should give consequence to such ill behavior.

I am interested to see if anything does get done about this by MA. To see if they will uphold their own rules regulations about such blatant behavior.

It would be nice if you kept us posted.

Yeah, that sounds annoying. I think your call for a perm-ban is a bit harsh though. A stern warning first from MA would suffice I think.

Nope, as others have correctly pointed out, the rule that you're misquoting states that you may not accuse a named avatar of scamming.

That's not happening here.

It is a personal matter though and potentially falls under Rule 13. What I tend to do as a rule of thumb is to allow the discussion to run on for a while and keep an eye on it. Once both sides have had their say it may at some point get locked, so that it no longer needs continued monitoring. There was a very similar thread a week or so back where exactly that occurred for instance.
