OK then, I'll give you a proper answer

I would think Gremlin+3a would be fine for the Miners, they aren't all that hard, but there are also mid-level Drones in the area that are quite difficult to avoid, and you might find those too tough in that setup. If you've got a decent Dodge level you'd probably be OK though.
