Longer but not much, perhaps twice the text and with a provision that the content is no absolutely offensive, rude, disgusting or is used as an outing tool that creates conjecture.

Some standards I guess!

We don't need but it wouldn't hurt to have even a little longer names, not too long though, to avoid it from getting too spammy.

Yes but not much. Sometinme, names dont go in so its hard to adjust.
