Honestly, first off, MA support will do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! I am afraid you will have to get used to this. In 9 out of 10 cases you will get an answer like "read the EULA we are not responsible" or something along those lines. Honestly, the more you deposit the better the service you seem to get from support. I know of a couple of cases where MA has monetarily compensated people for trouble (I have had it happen) and things like that. It just seems to happen with the bigger depositers.

As for what I think should be done, I think BOTH players should be banned. Someone stealing from you does not give you the right to steal from them so why should it be any different here? I think when the newbie decided to start the whole standing between thing, he became just as guilty as the person who started kill stealing from him.

In my opinion the best answer here is call some big dmg/sec soc mates and create a team and team hunt for about 15-20 minutes. I think you will find this makes the KS'r go away quickly and is within your EULA given rights.

Well we had a thread like this recently. You are allowed to name the immature dimwit on this forum. Also it is my belief from countless hours on cp in 9.1 and 9.2 the loot sytem accounts for killstealing anyway e.g. mob @ 60% and you ks, you get 60% loot, even if it's a global) i.e KS-ing in EU is THE most pointless activity EVER

Continual harrassment is cause for temporary ban.

And MA do have logs, and do take reports of EULA violations seriously (note that EULA violations include interfering with other players). Trust me I had the same avatar locked twice. Once just this week for aggroing atrax stalkers on me

Well if he's running about with 5 pennies to his name perhaps he should deposit or take up sweating. Hunting in an area where, an apparently, known killstealer is is just plain thick.

Also... when the, supposed, innocent newbie receives the ban instead of the other guy it makes me a tad suspiscious. MindArk have chat logs and activity logs which they would have looked into. Interested to hear the real story here.

I had this happen to me only once, but I just used a Bravo at the end I think and the kser realized he was helping me and left me alone.
