About beacon missions

I've heard people talking about their loot in beacon missions, going 120 PED and up, but whenever I see info about those beacon missions in the chat window it's always like "Avatar examined robot spacecraft and found something with a value of 50 PED". I've never seen anything else than 50 PED there. No more, no less. Why so?

the ones you are seeing for 50ped are from space craft found on the ground by miners.

Beacon global screens look a little different as you can see here.....

When you see that messege it means someone has found a spaceship while mining. Theses loots/finds allways has a value of 50 ped either in robot residue or a combo of residue and a robot beacon. A Beacon can hold a value of 23 to 42 peds.

When owning a Robot Beacon you can gather a team, and go to the apointet position on beacon info. There you can call in a ship that, once entered and beacon placed in the beacon holder, will take you on a beacon mission. Once all robots are killed you will be able to loot the boxes placed on the different floors of the beacon mission.

The ones you're seeing are by miners.

Beacon boxes say "examined robot storage container."

The last beacom mission I ran was a 23 PED one with approx 130 PED of loot. Given the 200-ish PEDs that these sell for lately, the reward barely justifies the price.

We made a 29 PED beacon in our soc (Irken Invaders) yesterday and made a nice profit on it. but we had no global when opening boxes.

But some items had a markup of 700% or more.
