Question: Hunting for Items

The only items that I have realy hunted to get is pixi, shogun and korss H400.
Pixi was completed all through hunting, shogun I got 5 parts out of 6 (before footguards) and korss I got within 15 mobs. I stayed with the feffs for the korss though and was self suplying (looted 2 while I used one) for a couple of weeks untill it was time to start using hl6 instead, then I had quite a few to sell off

Lately I hunt what I feel like hunting and buy my stuff from auction (most of the time) but always trying to loot theese hl8/hl11 so I dont have to wait for some of them to come up at auction.

I've looted almost all of my armor while camping for it. Pixie, kobold, shogun except harness!! but looted pally harness, got the elusive Hunter harness but M sadly, and hunter shins F. Vigi helm, nemesis harness (both wrong sex), minor TP chip. Certainly I could have bought it all easier but it's more fun imo to hunt for it since you're going to be hunting anyway you might as well have a short term goal.

though the items i've been chasing are one of the nice multi-K markup items from ambu, hogglo, falx, chomper .. they just don't drop so


ofc u can camp gradis for Minor tp, it's likely one will drop sooner or later.. but to camp for example hogglo for shadow foot is another thing.. u will most likely never loot them no matter how much time/ped u spend.

I only did it 2 times for the coin and about 300 SEG later i got it and for Nec saw and about 6000 Nec later i got it.

I had a rare experiance once, went out to loot a mk3 and within 30 mins got one, i was astounded.

the odds of actually looting a specific item when you want to is extremely rare imo, looting one when you are not trying is more common imo just because your not paying attention LOL

Real question is what actualy still drops? Cant camp for something if I dont even know its possable.

Have hunted more specificly for resources like hair jell than actual items.

I once started camping Exarosaurs for Vigi helmet - after 6 weeks I bought 1 on auction

Then same for Vigi Harness - camped Caudas for it, even did a 500+ HOF, but then gave up and bought it too. I think I was just unlucky.

Then-I have been camping neconus forever- for any armor part, or gokis for ex. 1000s of them killed night and day- result 0.

I started to think some items are not there anymore(whatever Marco says-I cant believe it)

I only want to know when the last Eon part was looted from a neconu and how many in the pas 3 years.

I think nowdays to camp a animal to be able to loot some non (L) armor pice is a big joke.
