I have seen a few spawns with only cows but it is a rareity and does not happen that way all the time. NE of Troy towards the outpost I have sen some cow herds with no bulls but i owuld say 1/100. That is my favorite hunting ground I hof'd a bibo provider there for 729 cash once so I tend to visit a lot to relive an old memory LOL.

If you'd get the DNA, you would have to have one DNA for Bulls and on DNA for Cows, since they are not the same species in here.
So, the anwer is yes, it would be possible to have a land area with only Cows if you got the DNA for it.

shinook armax always have more cows than bulls. if u looking for more cow spawn rate, shinook will be the one.
