Question: Is item spliting in teams fair or not?

Teaming have a goal, its to be able to burn more ammo(counting others one) before you reach your payout time. If when it happen you dont share it, its make you a THIEF and a abuser.

Not splitting item will make up endup a Solo player for a long time... by what u said tho u might be kind of "noob" to think splitting is unfair.

We most likely see that attitude with noob that are around 2-3month new until someone hit a HOF while they were killed and are "surprised" their teammate share with him. At that moment he might realise teaming have good side and sharing is basically the goal of teaming.

I think everyone should remember "kitsune fopsie" as being someone who doesnt really get the meaning of teaming.

From what i know, he didnt split the item, most ppl would had split the item in that situation and not make the mistake of teaming again without asking, because SWUNT ALWAYS SHARE.

Nether did anyone inform me about it when I joined the team that was already up. I would not have joined in the first place had anyone said they do something as stupid as split items. As I said this thread is for discusing loot theorys if you want to go on about what happend last night go do it someware els. If you want to complain that I stole from you do it at MA as I do not see it that way. If your the ass from last night rather stop now and perhaps MA will be lighter on you.

What happened is what always happens and what the thread starter and others who take his side don't want to believe, which is that the "item(s)" go to the next person on the list.

Create a team of two, you will get the first item looted, the next person added to the team will get the next item and so on. This goes for anything that is being looted. Some "items" can be divided and are split based on which player does the most damage. Other single items, like a pair of shin guards, tiger (L), or an LR53, etc. can't be split, they go to the next person. They don't go to that person because they were predetermined to get a good item, they go to that person because they are next on the team list.

Without a pre-agreed method of sharing loot and without everyone acting with some sense of fairness (I realize the irony of my bring this up) conflicts will develop and cannot be avoided. Perfect fairness is not achievable, but it is more fair to share what you received with those who helped you, even if you strongly believe the item you won was meant specially for you.

Actualy No as that conflicts with my believe of the loot system. I have nether asked any team member to split the value of any item they looted and will nether do so as I see that as stealing from them.

I've won all 3 of 4 items in a team hunt before with 4 team members. Isis CB global came to me. The Knight shins (f) came to me. Lastly the Paladin face (m) came to me. All 3 items from 3 seperate kills. I was also not doing the most dmg either...so...um...

PS It was on stack share

Well since most (95%) ppl split items perhaps you should say that you don't like to split items when you join the team? In my opinion its your fault that the other team menbers are mad at you. Don't fucking blame them for being as most of the ppl. You are the one that not do as the normal ppl. 95% split items you don't! YOU should be the one to speak up when you are joining a team that you don't split items. So don't be mad at them for being mad at you they should. You fucked up!

This is because you are separating stackable items from individual items. Everything being looted are "items", some items can be divided by the systems others cannot. If your team were to loot only individual items every time, I believe they would go to the first player on the list, then the next item to the next player on the list and so on. This might not seem to be the case if the same person gets all the individual items over a long hunt, but it ignores all the other "items" looted in between.

now that you say this i begin to ponder my returns have worsened considerably since i bumped up my screen resolution. probably MA thinks those with better screen resolution are likely to be richer so they can be ripped off more.
