You should look a few of the UBER LOOT section, some ppl looted BIG STUFF and shared with their teammate. ITS NORMAL and MINDARK does give item to TEAM with assumption they are gonna be split because they are not dumbass like you, they know ppl are sharing. All pre-gold member do so.

And thats why they drop item in team, to reward everyone with a big drop, but then they know its hard to sell so its gonna make someone ELSE DEPOSIT TO BUY IT. Thats to their advantage.

i see where your coming from tho if you loot the item it removes it from your loot pool but..... this cant be proven in any way that is just down to your theory and understanding

i would say its always fair to split the items for instance you mentioned the ML-35 this only has a TT value of 230 PED but the MU is 15k + or there abouts, This 15k PED is the MU this will not be taken from any loot pool this is taken from other players so if it is a personal loot pool it will not be removed from their personal loot pool

so in your theory only 230 PED or whatever the TT value is will be removed from their personal loot pool not 15k + this is pure profit from that single item

I went through the whole thread trying to understand the OP's issue; while I can understand his frustration with being called thief and such, I cannot understand the reasoning for the discussion.

A Team it's called "Team" for a reason; you are supposed to share the Items. If you think the loot is avatar-based... why join a Team in the first place?

You didn't know/ask the rules? I'm sorry, but this is wrong IMO; there is a legal term for this type of incident, but I can't remember it right now: if a law is changed today - let's say the alcohol limit in your blood while driving is decreased to 0.3 from 0.8 - and tomorrow you get pulled over and fined because you had 0.5, you cannot argue legally that you didn't know!! It is/was your own fault that you didn't know.
